Core Tier

$275 per month

- Everything in Foundation

- Program updates weekly, based on your check-ins

- Video form checks included

- Message response within 24 hours

Elite Tier

$375 per month

- Everything in Core

- Program adjusted in real time

- Weekly live video call (30–45 minutes)

- Same-day priority response

- Quarterly training deep-dive and reassessment

Our Process

  • 1 Free Consultation

    A short conversation about you, your exercise history, and what you're trying to achieve. The better I get to know your current lifestyle, the better I can program your journey to where you want to be.

  • 2 Programming

    Using the information given to me in our consultation, I make the best program that fits your specific circumstances to work toward your goals in a healthy and actionable way. Programming is delivered through the Everfit app.

  • 3 Ongoing Coaching

    Your life is dynamic and an ideal program should be as well. Weekly check-ins, program adjustments and form checks as needed. I want all my clients to succeed and I will absolutely do my part to make it happen.
